What to do as a customer:

1) Register on the web site to allow you to save your answers and come back at a later stage if needed
2) Select the product you wish to purchase
3) Fill in the questions with your answers, don't worry if you don't have them all to hand, you can always come back at a later stage
4) When your happy with everything simply checkout the same as you would buying any product online
5) Pay for your tax return with a credit or debit card and we do the rest.

What happens once I complete and pay for my tax return, what do you do?

We receive your tax return into our system and start the evaluation. One of our accountants will go through everything you submitted to us.  If everything is in order then we do the correct calculations that the revenue require.  If we need more informaion we will email or telepehone you for this.  We then submitt this to the revenue.  You will receive constant updates as to what stage of the process your tax return is at via email/SMS and by tracking your order on the site.

Your tax return the next year - its even easier and quicker!
If you wish us to file your tax returns the following year then its even easier for you.  All you have to do is log into the system and all your information is still there. Simply change the relevant parts for this year of your tax return and submit again, its simply that easy.  We offer discounts for repeat customers of a minimum of 10% each year.
